- Repairing will be carried out only after getting approval from the customer for the estimate given by us.
- The condition of defective items stated above is only a formal report, the actual problem is subject to further inspection.
- Faulty spares are not retained. In no circumstances, it will be possible to return such materials.
- Repairing estimate will be given against the reported problem only. If any other parts (like Keyboard, Battery, Screen, etc.) show problems after repair, those costs will be added extra.
- We do not charge for giving estimates. However, if the customer does not intend to get the device in repaired condition after the estimate, many times it might not be possible to return it in the received condition.
- Full payment to be made (Cash/Cheque/ Draft/Digital) after completion of the job.
- Digital Kare has no responsibility for the parts/machine lying for more than three months after confirmation. If the customer does not collect the machine within this period, Digital Kare takes no responsibility for the device.
- We try to back up the data for necessary repairs. If accidentally it is not possible, then Digital Kare will not be responsible for any loss of data. It is strongly advised that the customer should keep a backup of their own data.
- Warranty gets void if seal is broken. The warranty of 12 months starts from the day of confirmation that the machine is Ok.
- All disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
